What is PowerWatts?
PowerWatts is an indoor training system that combines state-of-the-art power sensors with advanced analysis software. Designed to accommodate cyclists of all levels, it offers personalized training sessions tailored to each individual's abilities and goals. The system uses real-time data to adjust resistance levels, delivering a dynamic and engaging training experience.
Where can I train with the PowerWatts system?
Two centers currently use the PowerWatts system: Brossard and Boucherville. You can even try it for free!

Can beginners participate?
Absolutely! It’s an excellent way to learn and improve. Each participant trains according to their abilities, based on their CP (Critical Power) measured in Watts. This means individuals of different levels can train together simultaneously.
Is there a coach on-site?
Yes! All sessions are supervised by a coach. During your first session, the coach will adjust your bike positioning to ensure it is recorded for future sessions. Since the classes are semi-private, the coach will also spend time with you to offer advice on your cycling technique.
What should I bring to a PowerWatts session?
Bikes and towels are provided. You’ll just need to bring your cycling shoes with LOOK cleats and a water bottle. We also recommend wearing padded cycling shorts for added comfort. If you don’t have the appropriate shoes, we have some available on-site (just check availability for your size before coming).
